Site Maintenance Plans allow you to purchase regular blocks of maintenance time at a discounted rate. Each month, you will be billed the appropriate rate for your plan and you will be credited the amount of development hours your plan calls for.

What if I do not use all of my hours?
Save them. If you do not use all of your time, it is banked and available for you to use in future months (up to 12 months).

How can I use my development hours?
Your accumulated development hours can be used for any web maintenance work. Use them to update periodic content each month, or save them up to perform major overhauls. You can even save them to build a whole new look for your site.

What if a project exceeds my accumulated hours?
If an update exceeds the number of hours you have banked, the excess will be billed at the regular site maintenance rate of $85 per hour.
